How to get to Gambassi Terme
To get to Gambassi Terme by train, you must get off at the stations of Certaldo or Castelfiorentino and from there continue by car or bus.
For those coming from Milan or Florence it is necessary to take the A1 motorway to Firenze-Scandicci and from here take the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno freeway in the direction of Pisa. From the highway, also coming from Pisa and from ‘it is advisable to exit at Ginestra Fiorentina and follow the signs for Montespertoli and then for Castelfiorentino.
Coming from Pisa and Galileo Galilei airport, it is suggested to exit at Empoli Ovest on the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno highway and continue until Castelfiorentino. Once in Castelfiorentino, follow the signs for Gambassi Terme.
Those arriving from Rome or Fiumicino airport must take the A1 motorway as far as Val di Chiana, then follow the signs for Siena along the state road 326. Once in Siena, take the Firenze – Siena highway and exit at Poggibonsi. From Poggibonsi you can take the state road 429 to Certaldo and from here follow the signs for Gambassi Terme. Alternatively, from Poggibonsi, follow the signs for San Gimignano and from here continue, passing through the village of Castagno, up to Gambassi Terme.
